Pack Your Gear
Place your unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our facility.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our team verifies the condition of your sports gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
